The Annual Indiana-India Gala is fast emerging as a nationally recognized and internationally known Asian Indian-Hoosier event; it is a signature celebration of the Indiana India Business Council (IIBC). The IIBC is led by a very dedicated and visionary leader Dr. Raju Chinthala - Founder and President Dr. Raju Chinthala, and a distinguished Board of Directors, and supported by a number of Indiana and India leaders and several philanthropic friends from across a wide spectrum of cultural groups, business entrepreneurs, educational organizations, political leaders, and individual friends and benefactors.
The event concluded with an effort to excavate the spiritual essence of cultural tradition of Punjab expressed in melodious Tappe, sung by Harjot Kaur. These new Tappe were original compositions that reminded the participants that the culture of Punjab could achieve higher essence with spiritual blossoming. The event was much appreciated by the local and worldwide audience connected online.

By the Guru’s grace, over the last year, SikhNet restructured itself into a team model. The SikhNet Leadership Team (SLT) was tasked by the board with defining what success looks like over the next 5-10 years. We began with a “Blue Sky” visioning process with our entire staff in August of 2021. The SLT has been developing strategies to realize this vision ever since.
