Jessie Brar is a mental health advocate and expert-by-experience. After struggling with her own mental health for several years, she went on to pursue her studies in Psychology and began volunteering alongside many mental health charities. She went on to share her story around the world through her writing and public speaking. She also founded The Mental Health Spotlight, a platform dedicated to raising awareness about mental health in the South Asian community. Jessie has shared her story and knowledge with thousands across the globe, including notable health ministers and the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.
