The Sikh Missionary Society U.K. has always been active to produce literature and organise seminars. It is to their credit that the first edition of the popular book “Guru Tegh Bahadur The True Story” was released in 2017. This year, Sikh Youth Australia have released a revised second edition.
Guru Ji reminds that the body is made of five elements, which upon death shall merge back into same source from where they originated. Guru Ji shares that the unique aspect of the human body is that God dwells within it, so He asks us to remember Him to cross the fearful worldly ocean.
In stark contrast, Eastern faiths, especially Sikhi, begins with a premise that the human mind is central to understand and manoeuvre the natural world and human evolution. Sikhi points out that outside images are the reflection of the human mind. Gurbani repeatedly emphasized that human life is an opportunity to harness the mind to achieve life goals.

This story is directly based on a historic text and shows the personality of the future Guru when he was young: Sri Teg Bahadur had no interest with anything in this world. His mother, Mata Nanki, was concerned about this and asked the Guru what greatness he sees in her simple son.
2021 has the ominous status of following 2020. But for Sikhs this year represents a great light in the world. Just as 2019 was marked as the 550th celebration of the incarnation of Guru Nanak, 2021 marks the 400th celebration of Guru Teg Bahadur's incarnation on earth.

I found astonishing from looking at these original sources was an event that happened which would re-write our understanding of Guru Gobind Singh: The Joti Jot of Guru Har Rai.
