Sadhana definition: Sadhana is the discipline of routine spiritual practice and the routine surrendering of the ego through activities such as meditation, yoga, chanting or prayer. Sadhana is commonly practiced in the early morning.

There is not one person who wants to have any pain or any suffering, but you do not have the mental capacity to guide yourself by intuition. You are missing one thing. Intuition. Sadhana gives you intuition. It will give you a day of clarity. It will give you your wellbeing.

What is going to come in life is going to come.  That you cannot stop. Sometimes, you have karma of a previous life and sometimes you have parma of this life. Good and bad are going to continue to happen. If you have a clear head you will go through it gracefully and will understand it very well and you will be in a position to confront and be clear. That’s what sadhana means to people. You can follow anyone you want, and be blessed, but you will remain stupid. There is a time for everything and there is a place for everything and if you cannot work for yourself then you won't be in a position to work for anything or anyone.

People ask, what is the difference between my will and God’s will? Your will is just commanded by your ego. That is the difference. Your will comes from ego and God’s will comes from your inner self. When you don’t have a relationship with yourself you have no inner will, when you have no inner will you do not know what God’s will is. If you don’t water the tree the tree will just dry up. If you don’t do sadhana, your ego will eat up your inner will. They say, “I cannot save this tree because the roots are gone”, Inner will is your roots and without roots what tree can live? It can remain stuck in the ground, dry, but it will have no life. Rather it will be a commemorative value that once it was alive, it lost its roots, and now it’s not alive anymore. Actually, the morning is that time when you decide whether you will live or die. Mankind is not born to be a slave. Mankind is born in the very image of God and the perfect God has made you perfectly well. You can take it or leave it.
