ReligionForBreakfast is YouTube channel hosted by Andrew Henry "dedicated to the academic study of religion" according to the channel's trailer
In this episode guest presenter Simran Jeet Singh, AKA The Sikh Professor, joins in for this refreshingly unbiased depiction of Sikhism or as Singh says, "or by its more accurate name which I prefer 'Sikhi'."
The video gives a brief but appropriate overview of how Amrit came about, the life of modern Sikhs and offers a perspective that isn't always given: There is a huge amount of diversity within Sikhi regarding interpretation and practice of various aspects of the religion.

This is an excellent video to share with anyone who may not be familiar with Sikhi, we are happy that ReligionForBreakfast made the effort to make such a well produced video.
