A red card quickly lists your basic rights when faced with immigration officers. Everyone has these rights and may choose to exercise them. But who should use a Red Card?
Lawyers advise: People/families who are truly undocumented (especially those who have no pending immigrant application or are in removal proceedings) should use a Red Card.
