Will you support SikhNet today?

You may have heard about the movement which has been undertaken by the Delhi Sikh Gurdwaras Committee and the SGPC under the auspices of Siri Akal Takhat Sahib to restore the Gurdwara Gyan Godri at Haridwar, the famous Hindu Holy site in India.

In 1979, mobs destroyed this historic Gurdwara and the Sikhs ever since have been trying to restore the Gurdwara. This is where Guru Nanak Dev Ji during his first Udasi (travel on foot) gave the Hindu Pundits a lesson about false rituals and idol worship. Here is a link to the sakhi

SikhNet humbly invites Sikhs from all parts of the globe to join us in reciting one extra Japji or Mul Mantra and doing a specific Ardas for the successful reconstruction and restoration of the Gian Godri Gurudwara in Haridwar. Sikhs all over the world will be joining in with prayer and spirit to support this divine work.

Please join us this Sunday, May 14th at 9:00 am your local time zone in this prayer.

With blessings to all and hoping and praying to Almighty for a successful restoration of this historic Gurdwara at Haridwar.
