Flowers were laid by the newly installed King of the Netherlands Mr. Willem Alexander and the Queen Maxima, Army Generals, Prime Minister Mr. Mark Rutte and his whole Cabinet of Ministers, Mayor of Amsterdam and many other prominent leaders of the Netherlands.
