Editor's Note: It is a joke that is not very funny. Certain people have made turbaned men the subject of a joke called "bara vaje" (12 o'clock). The insinuation behind the joke is that a Sikh man can not control his temper. The actual history behind the 12 reference is heroic and not at all something to be ashamed of. Rather it the time when Khalsa warriors would storm enemy camps to rescue enslaved women. The video below is to bring awareness of the friendly nature of Sikhs that inspires such sacrifice for fellow men.
Watch as people come to hug Hamraj Singh holds a sign that says, "It's 12 o'clock and I still feel normal. Hug me if you feel the same." and another sign that says, "HUG ME, 12 o'clock is a testimony to Sikhs sacrifice and not some joke."
