Chardikala Jatha leads you through a full yoga set to strengthen the radiant body. Please follow along as you watch this video. They start off with some stretching, and exercises like Swan Kriya, Sarbandanday Kriya, and squats. Then they start the yoga set with 11 minutes of archer pose on each side.
